Information For Tenants
If you are looking for an apartment or single-family residence and see one listed you are interested in, it is as easy as calling our office to schedule an appointment. We make every effort to find a time that works for you for a showing. If interested in applying all potential tenants over 18 are required to complete a credit application. All credit checks are done through a third-party system called Tenant Verification Systems. This is for your safety. The credit check fee is paid directly to them. It is currently $39.00
Applications can be found in the link below and printed in PDF format. Completed applications, Once an application, along with a copy of DL or California ID, we can submit all paperwork and start the process.
