All applicants 18 and over must complete a credit application. Each application if $40.00 and is non refundable. Please click on the link below to print an application. It can be brought to our office with the fee or emailed and the fee paid online to your convenience, All credit checks are done through Tenant Verification Systems to ensure security of your information. Once your fee has been paid and application submitted you will receive an email from Tenant Verification Systems to confirm the information. This is an added layer of security for you. Follow the prompts answering all questions until you click release reports.
