Information For Owners

Welcome to all our owners. First, we would like to thank you for trusting us with your investment. A Desert Rental offers a full range of personal services that you do not receive from other Property Management Companies. 

For new owners, it is easy to start. We will meet with you to review the property and evaluate what we feel you would be able to rent it for. Taking into consideration the current market, location, upgrades, amenities, and demand. There will be a welcome packet you can view and complete so we know we have all the information needed to ensure your investment is working the best for you.

A Desert Rental handles all aspects of rentals and remodels. We can assist with remodeling to prepare for rental, advertise and rent the unit, tenant screenings, run credit checks, prepare leases, handle all maintenance, accounting, bill paying, and anything else you need. We can specialize your program to work best for you doing as much or as little as you prefer. Once rented you will receive monthly expense and income reports, along with your proceeds. 

A Desert Rental prides ourselves on keeping inventory smaller than most companies to ensure we can give personal attention to each owner, property, and the tenant. We are very careful watching expenses, but yet have a high standard of each property and the manner tenants care for them.
